Microwave Mug Cakes :P

Our first food lab in class was to make this microwave mug cake. Personally, mine had kind of a rough consistency and I wasn't even able to finish the whole thing. We may have been able to make some improvements to our mug cakes if we'd actually been more calm and followed directions but instead we added everything at once rather than mixing the egg and melted butter in first. Oh well... It didn't taste bad with the frosting on top and the chocolate chips that I'd added in but it was a bit hard. However I'd, it turned out pretty darn good considering we made it in the microwave! I've also posted a link to a very helpful video below! (not my picture but this is about what they looked like)
