Gelato

I choose to make just a plain vanilla gelato. In the recipe I used it doesn't say to add vanilla but I added a little extract anyway to give it a little more flavor. Over all it didn't turn out bad. There was a little difficulty being that we don't have an ice cream maker so we just froze it and it took a while to thaw. Once it was pretty well thawed and could be scooped, it melted really fast. It was nice overall, very rich and creamy. The only thing I'd do different next time is maybe try making a chocolate version of this recipe.
