Chicken Stirfry

In class, we participated in a chicken stirfry lab where we let the chicken marinade in an oriental style dressing with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce as a mixture then later added broccoli. I substitued the broccoli for carrots and made it at home. It turned out really really well! The carrots softened up really nicely and it was just a nice mixture overall with the marinade and the ginger which really balanced out the kind of sweetness that the chicken had held. Unfortunately, I do not currently have a copy of the recipe for you. :(
