Are you looking for a way to improve your lifestyle and retrain your metabolism? Often times we are overwhelmed with many different diet strategies. I am not going to tell you that this diet is any better than another however, I have done some research and would like to give you a better understanding of just one of the many available diet plans for you. It has been said about carb diets, "discipline is not what you want now but what you want most." This goes to show that it can be worth it.


A few pros of the Metabolism Miracle diet is that it teaches your body to run a faster paced metabolism while focusing on keeping the weight off in the long run. It also talks about eating healthier carbohydrates instead of cutting them out entirely. A sort of bonus feature is that it also includes ways to do the impossible: stay healthy while eating out. The Metabolism Miracle diet actually has a book written by Diane Kress who better explains it there. According to reviews about the diet, some of the cons are that the transition to healthier carbs is a hard one. Especially keeping it that way. Another is that the first stage, "carb rehab" extends itself over 8 weeks, (www.dietsinreview.com). The Metabolism Miracle diet doesn't involve a daily meal plan however, for the first 8 weeks, you may only indulge in healthy fats, protein, vegetables, and absolutely no carbohydrates from breading or sweets.
Some long term benefits of this diet is that it controls carbs and reprograms as well as reboots your metabolism all together. It also switches you onto a much healthier path for a much longer time. The only long term con is the amount of work that you will endure just to retrain your body from years of eating unhealthy.
In my personal experience, both of my parents have gone on Atkins and have both seen excellent results. Atkins is another carb-free diet and those seem to be largely trending amongst many. Who knows? Maybe you could choose to go on this diet or another and see amazing results! Summer is just around the corner and it never hurts to be healthy, even year round!
