Chocolate Chip Cookies

We baked chocolate chip cookies in class, a baking classic of course! I think this was the perfect way to welcome the fall season, and I look forward to being inside more and doing a lot more baking with the colder weather that's to come. This lab went very well and the cookies turned out perfectly. They were soft and warm and chewy. I received many compliments from some of the people I shared with. Any time you are bored and aren't sure what to cook, remember that there's nothing better than a warm chocolate chip cookie and a cold glass of milk. :)
