Chocolate Cake Pops

In class on day one, we baked different kinds of cake including chocolate and vanilla and covered them. On the next day we crumbled up the cake and mixed it in with frosting. We then let it chill and shaped it into balls. This was challenging because it got very sticky. Then, we put them in the freezer to chill overnight, put popsicle sticks in them and melted some chocolate morsels to dip them in the next day. They turned out pretty nice but we used vanilla cake with chocolate frosting then dipped them in milk chocolate so they would've been better eaten with a glass of milk!
