I will admit, I am not a good sushi chef. However, the avocados were a bit too ripe for this recipe and the wraps didn't roll all the way around because our recipe said to cut them in half. Our rice did turn out very nicely and the sesame seeds gave it a nice accent. Most people didn't like the crab legs but they went well inside of the roll. I think I will try this again at home and see if I can get a better result. The hardest part really was cutting the roll and keeping it in nice roll form.
