Beef Stroganoff

Our beef stroganoff did not turn out well at all. We ended up throwing away pretty much our entire batch. I think we may have took the roux off of the heat too quickly and so the whole dish ended up tasting like wet flour and did not look all too appetizing. I feel bad we had to waste all of those ingredients but we did not cook this properly.
