Pet de Seours/"Nun's Farts"

This recipe is super simple and easy to make. I've been doing this one for a few years and have gotten pretty good at it. One trick is to not cook them too long or the brown sugar and cinnamon caramelizes, burns, and hardens pretty fast. Otherwise it's a simple pie crust (either from scratch or store bought), butter brushed on, and then cinnamon and brown sugar sprinkled on, then rolled up, cut into about 1" pieces, then baked at 400 degrees f for a little over 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
